Joseph Cote & Co. was founded in 1992 as a Maytag Home Appliance Center in Danbury, Connecticut. Over time, we expanded to service appliances across all major brands. By 1998, with the growing demand for in-home appliance repairs, we shifted our focus entirely to servicing appliances, discontinuing retail sales.
Today, we specialize in premium appliance brands, including Sub-Zero, True Residential, Bluestar, Miele, and Wolf. As an Authorized Service Provider for these brands, we ensure your repairs are performed to manufacturer standards, keeping your warranties intact and your appliances in peak condition.

We mean what we say: if you have spent your hard-earned money on one of the premium quality Brands that we service, why trust just anyone to service it? Furthermore, we are a small family business; there's no bureaucracy here.
When you call for service, you don't need to navigate a complex menu of phone options; we usually answer live, even after hours and on weekends. Sub-Zero Group, INC. has moved to a very corporate regional service center provider model, which directs most if not all, service calls to distant large service departments. We can provide a much higher quality of service much more quickly in almost every case, usually for less money.
Unlike large corporate service departments, we prioritize quality over quantity. Our technicians aren’t burdened with an overwhelming list of service calls spread across a wide territory. This ensures you get the attention and time you deserve, without the stress of rushed service. We limit each technician to no more than five service calls per day, allowing them to focus fully on repairing your major appliance.
